Hello.

I'm quite new to Schism tracker. I'm running it on Mac OS X 10.6.8 My problem is that suddenly the - key for changing patterns stopped working. It worked before, but now suddenly it doesn't. Is there some setting I changed without noticing it?

This might be a silly question, but could Num Lock be causing it? rs

There's no numlock on mac, atleast I'm not aware that there is.. Or is there?

On models a few years old there is. Doesn't sound like you have one though.

Have you tried the Keyboard Viewer (under something like System Preferences -> International Access) to be sure that the "-" key is actually being pressed?

Yes when I view the Keyboard Viewer the - button is pressed..

If you're familiar with the command line, you can try running Schism with --debug=key, then hit Ctrl-F11 and poke at the minus key to see if it's still picking it up.

Did you recently switch to a newer version? Try the version from last January. (If that fixes it, I'll be entirely stymied, but it's worth trying)

Now it suddenly stopped working again.. Why, oh why?
